Although McGrath chose to retire from supercross motorcycle racing, in 2003, it appeared as if he just couldn t let the sport go. He later returned in 2005. His return caused excitement in the hearts of many fans; however, his return was only on a limited basis. When he did return, he returned with his old team. 

You can not only do this by cheering them on at live events, but you can also show your love by sporting the newest gear. Whether you purchase supercross merchandise from live events or online, you will be supporting your favorite rider, often in more ways than one. If you are unable to attend a live supercross motorcycle racing event, you should be able to find merchandise, from your favorite racer online. 

If you are unable to find one of these tracks, you may still be able to participate in off-road biking or racing. You can easily do this by making your own race track. This is definitely possible, especially for those with a fairly decent amount of property. If you have access to an indoor facility, one that is about the size of a football field, you may be able to create your own indoor supercross racing track. 

Whether you are a fan of the sport or just a fan of the action packed excitement, there is a good chance that you may be interested in participating. If this is the case, it is important to remember one thing. Although your dream may be to become a professional supercross motorcycle racer, you have to start somewhere. 

In fact, many, who are unfamiliar with the sport, tend to believe that they are the same thing. While motocross motorcycle racing and supercross motorcycle racing do have their similarities, they are two completely different sports. Motocross motorcycle racing was first developed before supercross racing was ever heard of. 

In addition to being a sport for children, many believe that professional BMX racers are not good enough to race motorcycles. This is simply not true. It isn t that these racers aren t good enough, it is just that they prefer to race off-road bikes, instead of off-road motorcycles. As you can easily see, there is a difference between supercross motorcycle racing and supercross BMX racing.
